The JT500 Jointer also includes convenient standards like the interchangeable fold-away bridge guard, a helical cutting system for smooth, quiet operations, and a 108” cutting length.

• Solid construction features 20” cast iron tables and a machine base made from heavy-duty steel for vibration-free face and edge joining operations

• The spiral cutting system includes carbide inserts to ensure smooth and quiet operations, while also improving tool changeover time and eliminating the need for sharpening

• Interchangeable, fold-away bridge guard to protect operator from cutter head.

• Cast iron tilting fence system provides quick adjustment from +/- 45°, with square positioning at 90°

• Both the infeed and the outfeed table are equipped with slotted table fingers on either side of the spiral cutter head to help reduce additional cutting noise
