OSAMA Aquarius Cleaning System

Glues spreaders have an issue………..clean water. The Aquarius allows for easy handling and reduced use of chemical products allowing for re-use of water for further cleanings.

With Aquarius it is possible to send cleaning water to a 300 liter capacity tank equipped with a stirrer. Automatically, cleaning water is separated from the glue by means of an added flocculant element loaded into the tank by the operator in the quantity defined during the installation. Separated water can be used for a further cleaning of the gluing machine at the end of the working shift.

Residual glue mud is discharged in a filter bag and can be disposed after 4-5 separation cycles, reducing the cost for the solid part only, drained of all existing water.

To use the separated water, it is necessary for another tank to be connected with a pump.
