1 EDGETEQ + 1 SRH Return Conveyor = 1 fully productive operator, a streamlined workflow, less handling damage, less rejects… Unlike their human counterpart, an automated system needs no hiring, no training, does not take off sick and works extended hours without receiving extra money.

Specifications

• A 48″ wide x 5′ long receiving conveyor with 2″ Ø steel rollers covered with black vinyl, 10mm belt (# N4730) driven individually every 3″ center
• A 48″ wide x 20′ long return conveyor with 2″ Ø steel rollers covered with black vinyl, 10mm belt (# N4730) on 3″ centers
• Pass height: 30″ to 42″
• A belt transfer device 6″ wide featuring 9 transfer belts o A transfer by-pass switch
• Variable speed switch located on operator console
• One rail located along the return section of the conveyor to support long and narrow pieces, adjustable in height
• A panel deviator to redeploy narrow parts over several rollers
• A PT-90 panel turner to return long rectangular panels lengthwise after finishing of their narrow side
  •  With extended capacity
• Voltage: 220 or 440 / 3 / 60, 8 amps
• Compressed air requirement: 10 cfm @ 90 psi o A left hand return.

One (1) HD Air table

• 9 self-releasing flotation outlets per square foot ▪ Each outlets is self-locking by polyethylene balls ▪ Includes a built-in air flotation turbine
• Pneumatic stroke up/down to lift panel to same working height than the edgebander
• Up/down stroke movement is triggered manually by operator on foot pedal
• Power and control components are installed into the SRH return conveyor panel
